Bluey has received tons of accolades over the years, including the TCA Award for Outstanding Achievement in Children’s Programming. The Australian animated show is extremely popular with viewers young and old and, later this year, Bluey and her family will get their first official Lego sets. Details have not yet been revealed, but it has been confirmed that Six Lego Bluey sets will arrive in 2025.
The Lego Bluey line will span the Lego 4+ and Duplo categories, making them smaller sets aimed at young builders. Duplo sets typically include a few dozen large pieces to assemble, while Lego preschool sets typically have around 100 pieces each.
You can expect Bluey Lego and Duplo sets to include Bluey, Bingo, Bandit (dad), and Chilli (mom), as well as accessories that reference episodes of the show. Lego says all six sets will be unveiled this spring and will give kids the chance to recreate scenes from the hit show.
Bluey was the most watched series last year worldwide in Disney+making it nothing less than a cultural phenomenon. A partnership with Lego seems perfect, although we still have a long wait ahead of us before we see Lego Bluey in stores. Until then, there are plenty of ways to stay busy.
As expected, there are already many Bluey toys on store shelves. He Tile Town Bluey Heeler 4×4 Vehicle and House Building Set is the most similar to upcoming Lego sets, and will allow you to assemble a 3D model of Heeler’s house and the four main characters with magnetic pieces. There is also a 2D Magnetic Game (Flat) for only $18 and a Blued Spirograph Cyclex Set for $30, which is a great way for kids to get creative.
